pretty busy yup
things are happening. school things, mostly
and amazingly enough I'm 97% sure I'm going to homecoming this year which is odd. first school dance I've been to since 6th grade or something
so I don't think I'll be doing much art-wise. or writing-wise. I haven't been able to write even a simple poem for weeks, which sucks.
anything writing-related is like, done for good. Until maybe a holiday break longer than 5 days, where I can actually get my bearings for a couple of days before writing.
so sorry anyone with commissions, if I do do them it'll be a while. So if you don't want to wait you can find someone else I won't mind
Although to :devserenity-hisagi: all I have left to do on yours is the shading so I'll probably be done within the next week or so if I don't get pulled under by the homework :/

Why so busy

Why do I have so much work already I didn't think it'd be this bad
AKA I am either focusing on schoolwork, doing something marching band related, repeatedly playing the same pieces on the piano or lying on my bed relaxing/trying to sleep I am sorry no work is gonna get done until I get all my other work done haha or spending twenty minutes watching the latest Attack on Titan episode and another 5 freaking out and crying on the ground. That too.
or maybe it's just I have a combination of teachers that make it so.
At least it's only honors classes and not AP.
Ugh.
And if I have any free time it's sucked up by marching band, which is fun and awesome and kills my throat from the shouting and great to hang out with friends. But leaves me with not much time for much else. Doesn't help that some work can only be done excruciatingly slowly.
At least it's not like the kids in China are, what with school fees being astronomical (at least in the cities), and so much work they stay up till like midnight each night just to get it done. I'll thank my lucky stars for that.

With summer almost over...

Okay I get it, the actual season of summer isn't over until...quite a while, at least. But by summer I mean summer vacation, and by that I mean that school is starting soon for me. This Monday, in fact, the 26th. Which means I'll probably be decently busy, especially with marching band--rehearsals Tuesday and Thursday, games every Friday night. At least at the beginning of the year it'll be slightly less work-filled and stuff.
But yeah because of school I'm closing commissions and all that nice stuff. Including art trades and requests; requests only being open to friends and only if I desire to do so (which is like every single time, anyways, but whatever. Hehe).
Of course, I'll finish all my current commissions. Just because I'm closing them doesnt' mean I won't finish the ones I already have.
Also, to the newest Attack on Titan episode: HOW COULD YOU</i>
And now I shall go restart my computer because the tablet connection with it is lagged again.
